"Upon walking into the office, I was greeted by Nicole, the receptionist. She was incredibly warm and inviting and helped put me at ease, as I get anxious about dental work. The process of signing in, getting my XRays done, as well as the examination, cleaning, and polishing of my teeth was fairly painless and I felt very well taken care of. Doctor Kapoor was amazing, a sweet woman who truly cares about her patients. She was quick to ask me if I have any concerns and what she can do to make me more comfortable. Her examination was quick, but concise and she had made sure that I was at ease. She had a TV mounted on the ceiling so I could watch a show and lessen my anxiety from dental work. She made sure I was fully informed of what she was doing and what our next steps are. After my exam and cleaning, I was brought back up to the front desk to Nicole and she showed me what the plan that Dr. Kapoor had told me about, but on paper. She showed me a prioritized list of what needed done, the cost of each, and how to make it manageable financially. She made sure I got the first available appointment that worked with my schedule. I look forward to going back there for a filling (my least favorite part of going to the dentist) because I know I'll be well taken care of and that I will be able to be fully informed of my care, but not be anxious."
